Hapjeong shabu-shabu restaurant with spicy solo pots: Nahonsha
Nahonsha is a solo-pot shabu-shabu restaurant in Mapo, Seoul, where each diner can choose a different broth. We had spicy soup shabu-shabu and mala soup shabu-shabu side by side, with plenty of vegetables, meat, and fresh noodles; the spicy soup was a little salty, so I added more broth. Verdict: a comfortable, filling choice for solo diners or friends with different tastes.
