Mapo pizza restaurant for chewy dough: Pizzeria O Hapjeong Station
Pizzeria O Hapjeong Station is a wood-fired pizza restaurant about five minutes from Hapjeong Station Exit 2 in Mapo, Seoul. I visited on a date and ordered Quattro Salumi, Patate, and Arrabbiata; the moist, chewy dough and salty Quattro Salumi stood out most. Our Saturday 1:30 p.m. reservation was seated immediately, but a wait formed soon after.
