Katsu Monster Yeonnam Main Branch is a Japanese pork cutlet restaurant in Yeonnam-dong, Hongdae, Seoul. Visiting alone on a Friday at 6pm, the writer followed the kiosk's QR guide on 'how to eat katsu deliciously,' alternating salt-and-chili-flake and sauce dips with a thick fillet katsu, plus dried radish green miso soup and a rice cracker dessert. With a dedicated solo-dining table, it works equally well for a date or eating alone.
