Jongno black pork five-layer pork belly and kudzu naengmyeon: Cham
Cham Dwaejitgan Jongno Main Branch is a Korean BBQ restaurant behind the CGV Piccadilly building near Jongno 3-ga Station in Jongno, Seoul, specializing in Jirisan-aged black pork. On a weekday evening at 7pm, one order each of five-layer pork belly and pork neck came with doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew) and steamed egg, finished off with chewy kudzu mul-naengmyeon (cold noodle soup). At Cham Dwaejitgan Jongno Main Branch, the winning combo is pork belly, doenjang jjigae, and the naengmyeon for dessert.
