Daegu Korean restaurant, spicy pork stir-fry for two: Banwoldang
Banwoldang Bujasikdang is a Korean restaurant in an alley in Namsan-dong, Jung-gu, Daegu, popular with local office workers. On a 2pm visit with a friend, the fire-grilled pork stir-fry (spicy) for two arrived on its own hot iron plate with unlimited ssam vegetables and an included soybean stew close to cheonggukjang (fermented soybean paste stew), and two people eating until they nearly burst still left food on the plate. Smoky pork plus genuinely good side dishes make Banwoldang Bujasikdang worth a return trip.
