Uldong Bossam is a bossam (boiled pork with wraps) restaurant on Gyeongsangamyeong-gil in Jung-gu, Daegu, on the block right next to the Dongin Annex of Daegu City Hall. Arriving before noon on a Sunday meant no wait at all, and two orders of the solo bossam set with extra meat arrived quickly, with pork belly and hangjeongsal (pork neck) slices, sesame soy sauce ground at the table, and self-serve plum tea at the end.
