Osan Dugok shabu kalguksu restaurant with broth to go: Dongchundang
Dongchundang Shabu Shabu Kalguksu Osan Dugok Branch is a standalone shabu-shabu and kalguksu (knife-cut noodle) restaurant on Seobu-ro in Dugok-dong, Osan, Gyeonggi. Visiting with two children after a trip to the I-Dream Center, the writer reserved ahead and ordered the shabu shabu kalguksu and fried rice set for two at 26,000 won plus an octopus, chive and minari pancake at 18,000 won, along with the pre-meal yeolmu (young radish green) barley bibimbap, red yeast rice fried rice and a self-bar with unlimited makgeolli. The broth was good enough to take home a small 5,000 won container, making it a satisfying family meal.
