Cheongpyeong butcher shop, beef flank with free pink salt: Ari Chuksan
Ari Chuksan is a Korean beef and pork butcher shop on Gangbyeon-ro in Cheongpyeong-myeon, Gapyeong, right at the entrance to Cheongpyeong Station. On a Monday visit, Ari Chuksan's grilling cuts of Korean beef yangji-kkotsal (flank) and striploin went home to a pension, where they were cooked on an electric grill and dipped in the pink salt the shop gave out free. Well-marbled Korean beef at about 20,000 won per serving makes it a 200% would-return butcher shop.
