Songjeong tea café with gamtae myeongnan financier: Suwolgyeonghwa
Suwolgyeonghwa is an ocean-view tea café on the 4th floor of a building right in front of Songjeong Beach in Haeundae, Busan. The writer ordered the five-piece Dalbodeure dessert box, hojigabae and Jeju Breeze, watching the beach train pass by from a window seat, and her older sister's one pick was the gamtae myeongnan financier (seaweed and pollack roe financier). With an explanation card for every item, Suwolgyeonghwa turned out to be far more than a café you visit just for the view.
