Respire Bakery Cafe Seochon is a brunch bakery café tucked into an alley near Gyeongbokgung Station in Seochon, Seoul. Arriving alone at 4pm during a day out in northern Seoul, the writer ordered a shrimp sandwich and a decaf iced americano — the seasonal fig sandwich and all the bread were already sold out, but the coffee came with one refill. The shrimp sandwich, built on salt bread, was as filling as a full brunch plate, making Respire Bakery Cafe an easy solo café stop.
