Hapjeong sukiyaki with meat refill and egg yolk soy dip: Nahonsha

Nahonsha is a solo-pot shabu-shabu and sukiyaki restaurant between Hapjeong and Sangsu stations in Mapo, Seoul. From a window seat for one, the writer ordered the Hon Special Sukiyaki, which includes rice and a meat refill, dipped each slice in egg yolk mixed with soy sauce, and took 40 minutes to finish the pot. Because every diner gets their own pot, Nahonsha works just as well for solo dining as it would for a return visit with friends or parents.
