Octopus pub in Suyeong: Dari Yeodeolgae’s sliced boiled octopus
Dari Yeodeolgae is an octopus pub near Suyeong Station in Busan, where I reserved a counter seat and ordered the small sliced boiled octopus and pollock roe rolled omelet. The octopus was springy without being tough, and the soft, savory omelet paired well with it; the compact shop was nearly full when I visited.
