Gamjatang spot in Nonhyeon, Incheon: cheesy pork bone braise with Mom
Cheongchun Bulppyeojjim Gamjatang Incheon Nonhyeon Branch is a Korean restaurant serving gamjatang (pork bone and potato stew), braised pork bones and hangover soup in Nonhyeon-dong, Namdong-gu, Incheon, near Incheon Nonhyeon Station. With a mother who can't eat spicy food, the writer ordered the small Royal Braised Pork Bones (₩32,000) in the kalkal (lightly spicy) flavor with added cheese, plus ₩7,000 kimchi cold noodles, Saero soju from a ₩1,000 event and iron-plate fried rice. The braised pork bones were so tender the meat fell off the bone, and both parents promised a return visit, making Cheongchun Bulppyeojjim Gamjatang a good pick for families who can't handle heat.
