Yangsan sushi restaurant for sweet eggplant sushi: Shirokuma
Shirokuma is a sushi restaurant in Beomeo District, Yangsan, Gyeongnam. After a 30-minute wait, I had Standard Sushi and the free lunch soba and udon; the sweet, melting eggplant sushi and udon were especially good. Verdict: Parking is tricky, but the flavor is still worth returning for.
