Visiting with her husband, the writer ordered the classic tonkotsu ramen Ryusenso, the clam soy ramen Ryusenso Asari, and black pork gyoza, switching between the two broths as they ate. Comparing a rich broth against a clean one side by side made it a great pick for sharing between two people.
