Free rice topped shoyu ramen soup, hormone-don sauce: Mentsuru
Mentsuru Children's Grand Park Branch is a black-toned ramen restaurant in Gwangjin, Seoul, a 1-minute walk from Exit 4 of Children's Grand Park Station. Over a lunch date, shoyu ramen turned out mild but with a soup good enough to add free rice into, while the hormone-don (grilled offal rice bowl) sauce stole the show. With solo seats, bar seats and four-person tables, it works for solo diners and couples alike.
