Yeouido eel rice bowl restaurant with scissor-cut unagidon: Ilpum

Ilpum Yeouido Branch is a Japanese restaurant on the basement floor of the Anwon Building in Yeongdeungpo, Seoul, a 5-minute walk from Exit 3 of National Assembly Station. The unagidon (eel rice bowl) topped with a whole eel costs 40,000 won and the aburidon (seared seafood rice bowl) costs 30,000 won, and every main comes with chawanmushi, cold udon and a dessert pudding, so the meal runs like a light course. Ilpum works just as well for solo diners at the bar seats as for family meals and work dinners in Yeouido.
