Insa-dong hanok Seoul restaurant: ₩40,000 two-person set at Goshine

Goshine Donghae Makguksu Jongno branch is a hanok restaurant in Insa-dong, Seoul, serving makguksu (cold buckwheat noodles), and it is the first directly run Seoul branch of a two-generation noodle shop from Gangmun Beach in Gangneung. Two diners ordered the 2-person meal plus bossam (boiled pork) set for 40,000 won, which brought mul-makguksu, spicy Chodang sundubu (soft tofu stew) and bossam in one go. The kelp-and-soy-sauce broth of the mul-makguksu and the moist bossam stood out most, making Goshine Donghae Makguksu worth a return visit once the weather turns cool.
