Dry-skin cleansing balm: HEEDA Jirisan Moist Charcoal
In short
I tried HEEDA Jirisan Moist Charcoal Cleansing Balm for my dry skin in Korea. Though the balm was firm, the included applicator made it easy to scoop out, and my skin felt less tight than usual after cleansing.

How did it feel on dry skin?

After finishing my previous cleansing balm, I was looking for a new one and tried this product. I have dry skin, and I had recently been concerned about tiny bumps and uneven skin texture.

When I massaged an appropriate amount onto my face, it felt hydrating. Cleansing balms have sometimes left my skin feeling tight and dry afterward, but with this one, my skin felt less tight than usual even after washing. I still applied my regular skincare products separately.

Was the texture and applicator easy to use?

As expected from a charcoal cleansing balm, it was black. The texture was firmer than I expected, but it scooped out smoothly with the included applicator.

I had not used cleansing balms often because product would get under my nails, but using the applicator meant it did not get under them, so I could use it more hygienically.

How did my skin feel after cleansing?

Right after washing, even before applying anything, my skin felt hydrated yet fresh. I thought the jojoba oil ingredient might also be related to this feel.

What was the price and where did I buy it?

I ordered one from Coupang for ₩17,010. This was the price at the time of my purchase.
