How did it feel on sensitive combination skin?

I used it during a period when my skin had become sensitive because of the weather. I have combination, sensitive skin: oil and blackheads are concerns in my T-zone, while my cheeks are dry, so I pay particular attention to redness and tightness after cleansing.

Because this is a low-pH foam cleanser, my skin felt less excessively tight after washing. The lather was rich and soft, making it easy to wash my face as if massaging it, and it felt less burdensome to use every day.

How did I use it with the cleansing balm?

Because I wear makeup often, I used the HEEDA cleansing balm first, then the foam cleanser as a second step. I used the cleansing balm, which melts at skin temperature, to remove heavy makeup, and used the foam cleanser to wash away makeup residue and sunscreen.

After making plenty of foam with a foaming net, I cleansed while reducing friction from my hands. Occasionally, I left the foam on my nose or chin for about 30 seconds before rinsing.

How did my blackheads and post-cleanse tightness feel?

Since it contains charcoal, I used it expecting it to wash away oil and impurities. My blackheads did not disappear all at once, but after about a week, the area beside my nose felt smoother to the touch than before.

After washing, there was less of the tightness that makes me want to apply toner immediately. The original product description says it contains seven-layer complex hyaluronic acid and patented Aqua Ceramide; for me, it finished fresh without feeling slippery.

What made it easy to use every day?

Its subtle scent did not feel overpowering while cleansing, and I was most satisfied with the soft foam and comfortable feel after washing. I felt it would be good to use when I want to continue gentle blackhead care instead of using a harsh scrub.
