Sushi Doku The Songdo is a sushi restaurant on the 2nd floor of Onesta Mall in Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, near the Songdo Hyundai Premium Outlet. The signature sushi set came with salad, fried shrimp, karaage, truffle chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), udon and 10 kinds of sushi — salmon, flounder, akami tuna, squid, red shrimp, sea bream, red snow crab, sweet shrimp, eel and ankimo (monkfish liver) — ending with a cup of warm plum tea.
