Garu Seonsaeng Injeolmi Soy Milk Powder (Garuseonsaeng Seoritae Seoritae 타먹는 생두유 인절미) is a Korean soybean powder with an injeolmi (sweet rice cake) flavor that you stir into water or milk. Two scoops of the powder with 180mL of water dissolved in a few stirs with a spoon, even in cold water, and in warm milk Garu Seonsaeng tasted as rich and smooth as a café injeolmi latte. For a stronger flavor, milk or soy milk works better than water.
