Cheonsanga Jangeoga Hagae Branch is a charcoal-grilled eel restaurant in the Hagae-dong food alley of Nowon, Seoul. Staff grill the domestic japonica eel from start to finish, trimming small bones and the dorsal fin, so all that's left to do is pair it with scallion kimchi and soju — and end up ordering a second eel. A good spot for a day when you want to enjoy eel properly without doing the grilling yourself.
