How did it feel on dehydrated oily skin?

I have dehydrated oily skin and usually feel strong tightness after using cleansing foam, but my skin felt less tight after cleansing with this product. Even after leaving my skin bare for about 20 minutes, I felt that some moisture remained.

The texture was milky and fairly rich. Because it was black, it was easy to see where I had applied it on my face, and I noticed a subtle charcoal scent.

How did I remove light makeup?

• I scooped cleansing balm onto my face with the spatula.
• I gently massaged it in with my hands.
• I emulsified it by rinsing several times with lukewarm water.
• I finished cleansing with lukewarm water.

When I used it on days with light makeup, I felt that it removed my makeup sufficiently, so it was convenient not to need a second cleanse. Rather than feeling coated in oil, the finish felt moisturized and fresh.

How was it when sebum and dead skin were concerns?

I used it because I also wanted to care for blackheads and dead skin around my nose. I confirmed from the full ingredient list that it contains squalane and jojoba seed oil, and connected that with how moisturized my skin felt after cleansing.
