I tried Organic Freeze-Dried Curly Kale Powder 100% Curly Kale in Korea for several days, mixing a stick pack with water in the morning or before work. It was easy to prepare, and although it had a grassy aroma, I did not find the bitterness overwhelming.
Blue Ribbon Heukmidam Black Goat Extract is an individually packed black goat extract I tried in Korea before considering it as a Parents’ Day gift. I found the taste mild with almost no gamey odor, and while I felt less heavy in the mornings, that was only my personal experience.
