Cleansing balm for combination skin: HEEDA Jirisan Moist Charcoal
In short
I tested HEEDA Jirisan Moist Charcoal Cleansing Balm on combination skin in Korea, using it to remove a sunscreen that leaves a white cast. It felt soft to massage and did not leave my skin feeling tight, though these observations are limited to my skin type and sunscreen use.

Did it leave my combination skin feeling tight after cleansing?

I usually wear sunscreen that leaves a white cast rather than heavy makeup, and I was able to use this without feeling tightness after cleansing. Since I sometimes find a squeaky-clean finish drying, the moisturizing finish felt comfortable.

How did the texture and cleansing feel when removing sunscreen?

I scooped out an appropriate amount onto dry hands, applied it to my face, and massaged gently. Then I added a little water to emulsify it before rinsing. As I massaged, the balm texture turned oil-like, and the sunscreen with a white cast that I used felt as though it came off gently.

It felt soft like whipped cream rather than firm or stiff. I tend to notice stiffness while massaging cleansing balms, so I especially liked this aspect.

Was it okay to use without double cleansing?

I felt that it left my skin refreshed and clean even without double cleansing. The simple cleansing process also made it feel less burdensome on days when washing my face felt like a chore.

Who might it suit?

This may be a useful texture reference for anyone concerned about tightness after cleansing or looking for a balm cleanser that massages on smoothly. However, these observations are based on combination skin and sunscreen use.
