On a rainy weekday, the writer ordered the 25,000 won per person braised cutlassfish set, which arrived with lettuce salad, mung bean jelly, japchae, and fried eggplant starters, followed by Yeoju rice stone-pot rice, over ten side dishes, and braised cutlassfish. The neat banchan, chewy rice, and spicy-savory cutlassfish added up to a fully satisfying meal.
