How does the balm texture change on the skin?

At first, it had a soft balm texture. When I scooped it out with the spatula and massaged it in, it melted with my body heat and turned oil-like; it also applied smoothly rather than feeling matte from the start.

I massaged it over my face for about 30 seconds, added water to emulsify it, and rinsed with lukewarm water. When needed, I followed with a gentle cleansing foam.

How were the oil-like residue and post-wash tightness?

I tried this product because I find the finish of cleansing oil burdensome, while also being concerned about tightness after washing. In my experience, it left less of an oil-like residue feeling, and the tightness after washing was relatively less noticeable.

I felt that color makeup and waterproof products also came off well after massaging and emulsifying. However, I would need to use it longer to assess any effects on blackheads or sebum management.

Is the container and spatula storage convenient?

The black container gave the impression that it was a product containing charcoal. In particular, the spatula can be stored in the lid, reducing the inconvenience of setting it aside separately, where it could collect dust or get lost.

The product arrived with thorough protective packaging, and its flip-top lid felt more convenient than a container that needs to be twisted open.
