Chobeoljip Apgujeong Rodeo Branch is a staff-grilled Korean BBQ restaurant in Gangnam, Seoul. At a window table for lunch, we had bone samgyeopsal and beef brisket doenjang-jjigae, and the quickly cooked, chewy pork left plenty of time for chatting with my friend. Verdict: a great meet-up spot when grilling meat yourself feels like a hassle.
