Udon restaurant near Isu Station with 3,000-won draft beer: Kosi
Kosi Isu Branch is a handmade-noodle udon and tonkatsu restaurant near Isu Station in Dongjak, Seoul. On a Saturday at 8pm, two diners ordered toriten bukkake udon, the mixed tonkatsu and two 300ml draft beers at 3,000 won each; the cheese katsu was sold out, so the platter came as fillet and shrimp. The noodles at Kosi Isu Branch were chewy enough that even a reluctant udon eater left not one strand behind, which explains why the cold udon gets recommended here.
