Joseonmakhae (조선막해) is a basement Korean restaurant and drinking spot near Samgakji and Sinyongsan stations in Yongsan, Seoul. I tried its wild-caught raw fish platter, seafood mala xiang guo, and corn skewer; the chewy fish, gentle smoky flavor, and cozy wood-toned interior stood out.
