Plan A Restaurant is an ocean-view Italian restaurant on the fourth floor near Songdo Beach in Pohang, Gyeongbuk. A friend and I shared a burrata salad, shrimp broth spaghetti, mushroom basil cream risotto, and Korean beef ribeye steak; the spaghetti and steak stood out, though we missed out on a window seat without a reservation.
