Pohang Italian restaurant with sea views: Plan A Restaurant
Plan A Restaurant is an Italian restaurant on the fourth floor opposite Songdo Beach in Pohang, Gyeongbuk. I shared beef pasta, carbonara, and basil risotto with my family and three children; the cream beef spaghetti was ample for a child. The sea view was lovely, but our Sunday lunch took over 30 minutes to arrive.
