Plan A Restaurant is a Western restaurant opposite Songdo Beach in Pohang, Gyeongbuk. On the second day of my trip, I had spicy chop steak, carbonara spaghetti, and fried king prawns by the window; the food and beach view worked well together, though a wait formed soon after I was seated.
