Gusa Yeonnam is a Japanese-style teppanyaki izakaya in Mapo, Seoul. I visited at weekday lunchtime for chipotle okonomiyaki, mentaiko cream udon, and Wagyu MB9 salchisal; it was quiet, and the spicy pancake and rich udon made a good pairing.
