Patented lamb rib sushi combo near Gulpocheon Station: Neukdaewa Yang
Neukdaewa Yang Samsan is a newly opened lamb skewer restaurant five minutes from Exit 8 of Gulpocheon Station in Bupyeong, Incheon. The writer ordered the patent-certified, limited signature lamb rib skewers (₩15,000) and shrimp egg fried rice (₩8,900), then tried the lamb rib on complimentary sushi rice with wasabi. Neukdaewa Yang's signature lamb rib had no gamey smell and much richer juiciness than typical lamb skewers, tasting closer to actual lamb rib.
