Eonyang Dak Kalguksu Songcheon-dong Eco City Branch is a chicken kalguksu (knife-cut noodle soup) restaurant near Eco City in Songcheon-dong, Jeonju, also an easy drive from Hoseong-dong. On a visit with two children, the writer ordered the large spicy kalguksu with the dumpling set plus a chicken gomtang (clear chicken soup), so the adults got a fiery broth while the kids ate the mild soup poured over rice. A private parking lot, room-style seating and baby chairs make Eonyang Dak Kalguksu a comfortable family meal, and the self-serve geotjeori kimchi is as hot as silbi kimchi.
