Buk-gu Gwangju pork cutlet spot: ssam donkatsu at Filling Donkatsu
Filling Donkatsu Yongbong Branch is a pork cutlet restaurant on Seoljuk-ro in Yongbong-dong, Buk-gu, Gwangju, using the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building. On a Friday evening visit with her mom, the writer ordered ssam donkatsu (wrap-style pork cutlet) and asked for free refills of rice paper and vegetables. Dipping the cutlet in sauce is fine, but wrapping it in rice paper with vegetables made the texture far more fun.
