Seosin-dong galbi restaurant in Jeonju: Ubookgeum Saenggalbi
Ubookgeum Saenggalbi Seosin Branch is a beef and pork rib restaurant on the main road in Seosin-dong, Jeonju. The order was one full plate of beef saenggalbi (unmarinated short ribs, 500g, 58,000 won) and a half plate of marinated pork galbi (21,000 won), and staff used scissors to separate the bone from the meat at the table, grilled it, then moved the cooked pieces to a side wire rack so nothing burned. Alternating between the clean, unmarinated beef ribs and the sweet marinated pork ribs made Ubookgeum Saenggalbi a fun, satisfying meal.
