Jinsol Halmeoni Sundubu is a handmade tofu restaurant in the Haksapyeong tofu village in Sokcho, Gangwon, where the tofu is made with 100% Korean soybeans. For a late breakfast, Chodang sundubu (soft tofu stew) is 12,000 won and haemul jjamppong sundubu (spicy seafood soft tofu stew) is 17,000 won, both served with nine side dishes including stir-fried seaweed stems, japchae and buckwheat pancake, and the register also sells old-style cookies made with tofu.
