Min Nakji Ansan Seongpo Main Branch is a stir-fried octopus (nakji bokkeum) restaurant in Seongpo-dong, Sangnok-gu, Ansan, by the back gate of Hanyang Apartments in Wolpi-dong. The writer and a partner ordered the set for two (48,000 won). They mixed the smoky, high-heat stir-fried octopus into rice with bean sprouts and young radish water kimchi, alongside minari pancake, beef tartare (yukhoe) and steamed egg. The default heat at Min Nakji is about Shin Ramyun level, and the set for two alone was generous enough to fill two people.
