Gwanghwamun sushi with no wasabi inside: Choe Uyeong Sushiya
Choe Uyeong Sushiya Jongno Branch is a Japanese sushi restaurant on the basement level between Gwanghwamun Station and Jongak Station in Jongno, Seoul. Ordering at the kiosk, we had the 15-piece special sushi, shrimp tempura udon and the special kaisendon (raw fish rice bowl), and the sushi came with no wasabi inside, so each piece could be topped to taste. With solo seats, tables for two to four and group seating, Choe Uyeong Sushiya Jongno Branch handles lunch, work dinners and family meals equally well.
