Deli Donkatsu is a Korean-style (gyeongyangsik) pork cutlet restaurant on Songjeong-jungang-ro 9beon-gil in Haeundae-gu, Busan. The writer arrived right at the 11am opening with friends before a trip to Haedong Yonggungsa temple and shared three dishes — the classic pork cutlet, the cheese pork cutlet and hot-plate cream kimchi fried rice — with free refills on rice and cabbage salad. The cutlets alone feel a little rich, but with the kimchi fried rice, spicy sauce and chili peppers, Deli Donkatsu stays tasty to the last bite.
