A longtime regular of the original Choe Uyeong Sushi in Guro Digital Complex ordered the 17-piece premium sushi set, the top-grade kaisendon (seafood rice bowl), 2 pieces of fried scallop, 2 pieces of fried mochi and a non-alcoholic yuzu drink. The neta (fish toppings) at Choe Uyeong Sushiya are substantial and the portions large, so even two people should keep the order modest.
