Saechamjip is a private-room Korean bar in Gwangjin, Seoul, on the 2nd floor of the Gunja Station food alley. The writer ordered the 48-hour boiled bone grill with mozzarella cheese blanket, spicy mayo boneless fried chicken, and strawberry smoothie makgeolli for a dinner-and-drinks night out. With private room seating, 500-won rice, and sweet smoothie makgeolli, it suited two lightweight drinkers just fine.
