Hey Joji is an American comfort food and pasta restaurant tucked into an alley in Yeonnam-dong, Mapo, Seoul. While a nearby silver ring workshop finished a piece, the writer and her mother ordered one garlic squid oil pasta and one white ragu truffle cream pasta (16,000 won), and found the squid portion generous and the truffle aroma deep. Hey Joji has no break time, so it works for an odd-hour lunch, but the alley location means there is no parking.
