No-wait weekday pot rice in Gagyeong-dong, Cheongju: Sorori Sotbap
Sorori Sotbap Gagyeong Direct Branch is a Korean pot rice (sotbap) restaurant on the lower floor of a building near I'Park in Gagyeong-dong, Cheongju. On a weekday visit there was no waiting at all, and the order was beef rib pot rice and fresh salmon buckwheat gimbap (seaweed rice roll), finished by making nurungji, or scorched rice, in the pot. With a large lot right in front of Sorori Sotbap, getting there and parking is easy.
