Ari Chuksan is a butcher shop in Cheongpyeong-myeon, Gapyeong, where I bought Korean beef for a trip. I chose salchisal and kkotdeungsim cut to my preferred thickness, and both were juicy and nutty when grilled over charcoal; the meat quality and service are why I return.
