Coffee Dripper has been brewing hand-drip coffee from its own roasted beans in Gyo-dong, Gangneung since 2012, and in May 2026 Coffee Dripper moved to a new space in Chodang Sundubu Village and reopened with a new menu. Coffee Dripper also sells its house-roasted beans, including the house blend, Dripper Blend.
Coffee Dripper's signature drinks are the Dripper Latte (a white almond mocha), a reworked version of the cafe's signature from over ten years ago; the Corn Choco Latte, served in a cone that doubles as the cup; and the Lemonade Sunset, said to capture a Gangneung sunset. Desserts at Coffee Dripper include a soft tofu pudding made with Gangneung's Chodang sundubu, coffee soft-serve ice cream made with the cafe's own espresso, and homemade patbingsu.
