Furato GFC Yeoksam is a Japanese-style gyukatsu restaurant built around gyukatsu that diners grill themselves on a personal grill. The Furato brand began when three young founders recreated, near Gyeongbokgung in Seoul, the flavour and cosiness of the small restaurants they had come across on a trip to Tokyo, and Furato developed its own menu inspired by the signature dishes of well-known restaurants in Japan.

Besides gyukatsu, Furato GFC Yeoksam serves meals such as a steak set meal and steak rice bowl, soft-egg omurice and Yamagata minced meat curry, with niku-on udon as a winter seasonal dish and cold soba as a summer seasonal dish.
